About Me
Ever since I started in theater in high school, working on their stage crew team after school. When I began my student career at Illinois State University School of Theatre & Dance, I was on a lighting design path. But then, a new door opened for me and I discovered the world of costume, hair, and makeup design! I quickly found that my true passion was playing with colors, patterns, and textures to create designs! During my time in school, I have worked on countless productions from mainstage shows to smaller student-led productions. In addition, I have spent soon to be two summers at the Illinois Shakespeare Festival at ISU working in the costume shop and helping with costumes backstage.
Since high school, my goal has been to be a part of the transformative process that helps an audience escape into the work of art be it stage, film, or abstract performance art. All while also expanding my knowledge and learning new tips and tricks.
